We last saw artist Paul Richmond when he made an early Christmas delivery with this pin-up print. But now he's back to spread more holiday cheer. Richmond, who enjoys creating works where men cannot keep their pants on, shows off "Naughty Or Nice," because everyone needs a good spanking to get in line for Santa's annual visit.
